Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature on fitzpatrickpower.com, you agree to these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These terms apply to all users — free accounts, paid subscribers, and anyone accessing the site or API. We may update them periodically, and continued use means acceptance.

Use of the Service

You may use Fitzpatrick Power's AI video generator for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to produce misleading content, impersonate real people without consent, or violate any applicable law.

Liability

Fitzpatrick Power provides the service on an as-is basis. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss resulting from your use of the platform.

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages happen — we'll communicate them as quickly as we can.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload. Videos generated using our AI tools on a paid plan belong to you, including for commercial use. Our platform code, models, and design belong to Fitzpatrick Power.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding that claim.

Free plan users acknowledge that the service is provided at no cost and without warranty. Use at your own discretion.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party tools including cloud storage providers and payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those interactions — we're not responsible for third-party actions.

Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us at info@fitzpatrickpower.com immediately.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Fitzpatrick Power after that date means you accept the updated terms.
